As Commercial Director, Daniel is responsible for partnerships at Klar, helping clients access the right combination of advisory support, technology and specialist expertise. As Country Manager for Sysarb, Europe’s leading Pay Equity platform, he works closely with organisations on pay equity and the use of data to support fair and transparent reward decisions. He brings a background in finance, account management and go-to-market, with experience in long-term incentive management, giving him a practical understanding of both the analytical and commercial sides of reward work. Daniel helps clients approach pay equity, partnerships and LTI in a structured, practical way, with focus on clarity, compliance and decisions that can be implemented.
